Predators’ P.K. Subban treats cancer-stricken children with sleigh ride

Nashville, TN, United States (4E Sports) – Nashville Predators defenseman P.K. Subban surprised group of area children battling sickle cell disease with a carriage ride around the city.

Subban arrived at the Vanderbilt Meharry Centre for Sickle Cell Disease on his ” Subban Sleigh and gave the children a carriage ride around Nashville that ended at Bridgestone Arena.

Subban , along with teammate Roman Josi , then helped the children as they went on a shopping spree at the Predators team store.

The day ended with a concert by country music star Dierks Bentley.

“That’s what Christmas is all about. It’s all about giving, right,” said Subban , who has made it a tradition of giving memorable moments to sick children.

Last year, Subban helped turn the atrium at Montreal Children’s Hospital into a winter wonderland.
