San Diego County, CA, United States (4E) – Two-time Olympic gold medalist Shaun White is being sued for sexual harassment by his bandmate Lena Zawaideh for the Bad Things band.

As per the court documents, Zawaideh formed Bat Things with White in 2008. White allegedly subjected Zawaideh to his “darker, misogynistic personality.” She was fired from the band at the end of their 2014 tour. The lawsuit was filed last May but the details have been made public just recently.

White also allegedly sent White photos of “engorged and erect penises.” White is also accused of forcing Zawaideh to watch pornography that involved fecal matter. One of the videos that they watched reportedly showed a couple killing a bear then having sexual contact on top of the dead animal. She also stated in her lawsuit that White forced her to watch “Church of Fudge” that is about a priest and a nun having hardcore sexual contact.

Zawaideh said in a statement, “I am pursuing this case because women should not have to tolerate harassment at work. Shaun White should not be allowed to do whatever he wants just because he is famous. Although I am embarrassed to have been treated this way, I cannot sit by and watch him do this to other women.”

Zawaideh played the drums for the band and as per White’s alleged texts to her, he requested her to wear revealing outfits. White reportedly sent photos of women wearing mesh tops showing their breasts while playing the drums. White also allegedly demanded Zawaideh to cut her hair then tried to kiss hear at a 2010 Halloween party although she asked him not to.

The professional snowboarder denied the accusations. He said that many years ago, he exchanged texts with a friend who is now using the messages to come up with a “bogus lawsuit.” He added, “There is absolutely no coincidence to the timing of her claims, and we will defend them vigorously in court.”

As for the money being demanded by Zawaideh , he reportedly stopped paying her after he decided she no longer needed the money. Initially, White paid the band members $3,750 per month. Zawaideh is asking for $42,000 for back pay and other damages.
