Monroe, NY, United States (4E) – Dazzling Toys is recalling about 800 egg laying toys because they can break into small plastic pieces and pose choking hazard to children.

There are no reports of incidents or injuries so far, the CPSC said today.

The recalled Bump and Go Action Egg Laying Chickens have lights, music as well as bump and go action. Sold in yellow chicken and multi-colored chicken, the battery-powered toys have three white plastic eggs that are placed into the back of the chicken, and then released from the bottom.

The plastic toys were sold online for about $12 at www.amazon.com and www.ebay.com from February 2016 through July 2016.

The CPSC says the firm is contacting consumers who purchased the recalled toys, urging consumers to stop using the recalled toys and contact the firm for a full refund.

Consumers can contact Dazzling Toys toll-free at 844-222-2812 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday ET, or through email on recall.dazzlingtoys@gmail.com.
